Simple Session Protocols

Hydrate

Drink water before the session and continue throughout the day, as directed. This helps flush the released fat and toxins from your system. It’s suggested to drink half of your body weight in ounces on the day of the session. A good rule: “drink 2 - 8oz glasses of water every hour from the time you wake up to the time of your session. This will properly hydrate the fat cells. Take 2 - 8oz of water per hour until bedtime to continue to flush out the lymphatic system” – Dr. Dianne S

Clean Skin

No creams, lotions or oils on any body parts that will be under the red light on the day of your session. This will block the light from penetrating into the body and the session will not be as effective.

Lean 'n' Green

There is no restrictive, unmanageable diet required for results. It's very simple - just eat a generally healthy, calorie neutral diet and you'll see the loss. Stick with green veggies, lean proteins, complex carbs in small amounts, and healthy fats whenever possible in the 3 days following your session.

Avoid Alcohol

Don't drink alcohol 1 day before and 1 day after your session. Your liver is working so hard to pump out the fat and toxins released from your cells during your session. Don't make it's job harder! Alcohol negatively affects the liver which will work against your session, lessening the results.

Light Exercise

No crazy crossfit or cardio unless you want to! All you'll do after your session is take a light walk with us. Light exercise helps your lymphatic system keep that liquidated fat moving out of your body. You should do something light, a casual walk or some gentle yoga for example, the following 2 days as well to keep that lymphatic system moving.
